TAXATION - CA INTER/IPCC NEW SYLLABUS

Greeting to all CA Aspirants.🙏

Hope you all are in good health.

In this article, I will be sharing tips and relevant links for the preparation of the Taxation subject for the new syllabus.

As you know Group 1 consists of four subjects. Taxation is paper 4 in group 1.
If you have gone thru the interview of the rank holders, they have focussed more on Institute material namely RTP, MTP, Practice Manual, and Study Material.

✔Relevant RTP and MTP

Relevant RTP and MTP for Taxation for CA Inter/IPCC New course syllabus applicable will be for MAY 2021.

✔Study Material

It will be better if you study from ICAI study material but nowadays teachers incorporate Study Material questions in their books.

✔Amendments

Amendments are there for Taxation for the CA Inter/IPCC New Course syllabus.

✔Strategy for preparation

Now you got the material for preparation, and know what to study still you all will struggle to find the topic from where to commence the studies.
Don't worry, Chandan Poddar Sir's youtube videos have answers to all your queries.

✔Timetable

A timetable is a must to keep a track of your daily study routine. Make room for studies as well as revision. If you are struggling to make a timetable for yourself then you can take help from CA teachers. Youtube has videos full of teachers suggesting timetables.
But my personal favorite is Chandan Poddar Sir's Timetable. He has made the timetable in such a way that it has assigned time for both groups and days for their revision.
You will definitely love it.

✔Revision

Revision to be done at a regular interval of time. More precisely 2-3 times revision will be good. It will boost your confidence. ICAI has published a referencer for quick revision.
